By accessing or using the helloadhd website (the “Website”), you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, Website Use Policy, and Accessibility Statement. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Website.
The Website may include resources intended to support learning about ADHD, mental health and wellbeing, including but not limited to:
These materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
Use of these materials does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and Walajahi Psychotherapy Professional Corporation or Saif Walajahi. The information provided on this Website is not intended to replace professional mental health services.
If you are experiencing distress or require clinical support, you should seek help from a qualified mental health professional.
Use of this Website, including any written materials or resources made available through it, does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
A therapist-client relationship is only formed when:
The free 15-minute call is a preliminary conversation to determine whether the practice is an appropriate fit. It is not a therapy session and does not by itself establish a therapist-client relationship.
Saif Walajahi is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). In Ontario, a Registered Psychotherapist does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions and does not prescribe medication.
Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as an offer to diagnose ADHD or any other condition, to conduct a formal assessment, or to provide or adjust medication. Services are provided only to clients located in Ontario, and only by secure video.
Any strategies, exercises, or informational resources provided through the Website are intended solely as self-reflection or educational resources.
Users are responsible for determining whether these materials are appropriate for their personal circumstances. By using these resources, you acknowledge that:
No specific outcomes are guaranteed from the use of any Website resources.
Educational and informational content may be shared through public platforms, including social media, newsletters, recorded media, and public presentations.
All such content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Social media posts, comments, videos, or other public communications are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical advice.
Engaging with helloadhd content on social media, including commenting, messaging, or reacting to posts, does not create a therapist-client relationship. Therapy, counselling, and clinical advice are not provided through social media messaging, comments, or direct messages. Information shared publicly is general in nature and not tailored to any individual's circumstances.
This Website is not intended for crisis support or emergency mental health services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Walajahi Psychotherapy Professional Corporation (o/a helloadhd) and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
All Website content is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Users assume full responsibility for how they interpret and use the information provided.
This limitation applies to use of the Website. It does not limit professional obligations owed to clients, which are governed by the CRPO and applicable Ontario law.
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text and written materials, downloadable resources, graphics, branding and visual assets, and educational frameworks, is the property of Walajahi Psychotherapy Professional Corporation (o/a helloadhd) unless otherwise stated.

The privacy and confidentiality of clients and website visitors is taken seriously. Personal health information is handled in accordance with Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 (PHIPA). Personal information collected through the Website that is not personal health information is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where applicable.
Saif Walajahi is the Health Information Custodian for this practice under PHIPA and is personally accountable for how client information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed.
Personal information is not collected unless it is voluntarily provided, such as when you:
Personal information submitted through the Website will not be sold or disclosed to non-affiliated third parties without consent, except where required or permitted by law. Information may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations, to respond to court orders or legal processes, to protect the safety of individuals, or to support service providers assisting with operations.
Email and web forms are not fully secure channels. Please do not include detailed health history in them.
Clinical records, scheduling, and video sessions are handled through Jane, a practice-management platform whose records for Canadian practices are held on servers located in Canada, protected by password and two-factor authentication and encrypted in transit and at rest. Sessions are never recorded.
Saif Walajahi is the only person with routine access to client records. There is no administrative staff and no care team. Two limited exceptions apply: clinical supervision, as required of Qualifying registrants, conducted with a CRPO-approved supervisor bound by the same confidentiality obligations; and service providers such as Jane and the payment processor, which hold information solely to operate those systems.
Confidentiality must be broken in a limited set of circumstances: a risk of serious harm to you or another person, a child in need of protection, sexual abuse of a client by a regulated health professional, or a court order. Where possible, you will be told before this occurs.
You may request access to your record, request a correction, withdraw consent for specific uses, or ask how your information has been handled. Requests are responded to within 30 days. Concerns that cannot be resolved directly may be directed to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
This Website uses cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: essential functions that make the site work, and optional measurement.
Optional measurement uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand how people find and use the site, and whether advertising is working. These tools collect information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and whether a visit led to a booking request. This information is aggregated, is never linked to client records or clinical information, and is not used to build a profile of your health.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and the Website remains fully readable and bookable if you do. Declining does not affect your ability to read the site or book a call.
Information collected by these tools is processed by Google. You can read how Google handles it at google.com/policies/privacy/partners. No health information is intentionally collected through them, and personal information is not sold.
Where advertising is used, it is contextual — based on what someone searched for, not on any inference about their health.
This Website may contain links to external websites or resources, including the booking platform. Responsibility is not accepted for the privacy practices, policies, or content of third-party websites. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any external sites they visit.
There are no affiliate links on this Website, and no content is sponsored.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are in place to protect personal information. Information submitted through the Website is transmitted using secure encryption protocols (SSL). Payment information is processed through a secure third-party payment provider. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
This Privacy Policy, Website Use Policy, and Accessibility Statement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, technology, or practice arrangements. Updated policies will be posted on this page and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This Website and its policies are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from use of the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
helloadhd is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all individuals, in keeping with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (Ontario Regulation 191/11).
This Website is built to target WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and specifically for how ADHD brains read a page. In practice that means short paragraphs and descriptive headings, strong text contrast, text that resizes and reflows without breaking the layout, keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines, semantic structure and alternative text for screen readers, and no autoplaying media, pop-ups, flashing content, or decorative motion.
Accommodations in sessions are available on request, including written summaries, a slower pace, camera-off sessions, or notes sent afterward.
Feedback on the accessibility and usability of this Website is welcome. If you encounter a barrier, please say so and it will be addressed; in the meantime the information will be provided in whatever format works for you.
