Questions, answered

Everything people usually ask before getting started. Can't find it? Our team is one quick message away.

Getting started
No. Whether you're formally diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out, you're welcome here. Your therapist can also support you through the assessment process if that's something you want.
A relaxed 15 minutes with a care coordinator, not a therapist, and not a sales call. They'll get to know what's going on, answer your questions, and match you with the ADHD specialist who fits. There's no pressure to continue.
Most clients are matched within about three days of their consult call, no waitlist. Once matched, we help you book your first session, often in the same week.
Yes. We match teens (13–17) with therapists who genuinely connect with younger clients and build real skills without the lectures. Parents can start the process and we'll make getting going simple.
Cost & coverage
Many Canadian extended health plans cover sessions with our clinicians. We provide clear receipts with the right credentials for reimbursement. Coverage depends on your plan and your therapist's designation, so check your benefits for psychology, psychotherapy or social work.
You pay for your session and we issue a receipt with your therapist's name, credential and registration number. You submit that to your insurer and they reimburse you according to your plan. We'll help you confirm what's covered before you book.
You're welcome to pay out of pocket, our session rates are transparent and shared upfront, with no surprise billing. On your free call we'll talk through cost so there are no unknowns.
Therapy & approach
Licensed clinicians, Registered Psychologists, Psychotherapists and Social Workers who specialize in ADHD. You get both the clinical depth and practical, executive-function strategies you can use day to day.
Primarily the approaches with the strongest research base for ADHD: CBT for ADHD, ACT and DBT skills, alongside executive-function support. Your therapist tailors the blend to your goals. See our approach →
Every therapist clears a four-step bar: verified provincial licensing, demonstrated ADHD expertise, a values-and-fit interview, and ongoing quality checks based on client feedback. Meet the therapists →
Absolutely. Fit matters more than anything in therapy. If your match isn't right, tell your care coordinator and we'll re-match you, no awkwardness, no extra cost to be paired with someone new.
Logistics & privacy
We currently match clients with licensed therapists across six-plus provinces and are expanding. Tell us where you are during the questionnaire and we'll match you with someone licensed to practise in your province.
Sessions are live, face-to-face video, so you can meet with a specialist who fits, wherever you are in your province. Easy rebooking and reminders are built in for ADHD brains.
Your sessions are confidential and your health information is handled in line with Canadian privacy requirements. We only use what you share to match you well and support your care.
