How it works

Matched in days, not months

First time, or starting over after therapy that didn't fit? No endless directories or cold-calling. Tell us about you, and we'll connect you with an ADHD specialist who fits, usually within days, never a waitlist.

Three simple steps

From “where do I start” to your first session

Designed to be low-effort and overwhelm-free, because we know starting is often the hardest part.

01

Tell us about you

A short, ADHD-friendly questionnaire, no overwhelm. Share what you're navigating and what you're hoping for.

02

Free 15-min consult

Meet a care coordinator on a relaxed call. They get to know what you need, no pressure, no sales pitch.

03

Get matched with your therapist

Your coordinator pairs you with the right ADHD specialist for your goals and province, and helps you book.

The free call

What actually happens on the 15 minutes

It's a relaxed conversation with a care coordinator, not a therapist, and definitely not a sales call.

We listen first

You share what's going on and what you'd like to be different. Diagnosed, self-identified or still figuring it out, all welcome.

We answer your questions

Cost, coverage, what therapy looks like, how matching works, ask anything. We'll help you check what your plan reimburses.

We find your fit

Based on your goals, province and preferences, we hand-pick the ADHD specialist who fits and help you book your first session.

No pressure to continue

If the timing isn't right, that's completely okay. There's no obligation and nothing to cancel.

The timeline

How fast it really moves

No waitlist. Here's the typical pace from first click to first session.

Day 0

You reach out

Two minutes on the questionnaire, then book your free call at a time that suits you.

Within 1 day

Your free consult

A 15-minute call with a care coordinator, often same-day during business hours.

~3 days

Matched

We hand-pick your ADHD specialist and share the match, with help booking your first session.

That week

Your first session

Live, face-to-face video with a therapist who already gets ADHD. No re-explaining the basics.

Cost & coverage

Therapy you can likely claim back

Most Canadian extended health plans reimburse sessions with our licensed therapists. We give you a proper receipt with the right credentials, you submit it to your insurer and get money back.

See how coverage works
Commonly reimbursed under plans like
Sun Life Manulife Canada Life Green Shield Desjardins + more

Coverage depends on your plan and your therapist's designation, Psychologist, Psychotherapist (RP) or Social Worker (RSW). We'll help you check what's covered before you book.

Before you book

Questions people ask before they start

The practical stuff, answered plainly. Anything else? Ask on your free call.

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to start?

No. Diagnosed, self-identified, or still figuring it out, all welcome. Therapy can help either way, and if a formal assessment would be useful, we'll point you toward the right next step.

Is it online or in person?

Sessions are live, face-to-face video: real therapy from wherever you're comfortable, with no commute to lose track of. You just need a private spot and a decent connection.

I'm already on medication. Does that change anything?

Not at all. Therapy works well alongside medication, and many people get the most from the two together. Your therapist coordinates with whatever you and your prescriber decide. We don't prescribe ourselves.
